SHEBOYGAN — A woman is accused of entering her ex-boyfriend’s home in the Town of Sheboygan and attacking him.
37-year-old Jennifer Marie Weber, of 1209 South 21st Street in Sheboygan, was charged with felony stalking and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. She was released on $500 cash bond and she is due back in court for a preliminary hearing on April 25th.
According to the criminal complaint, the victim told the deputy that he had been dating Weber off and on for approximately two years and that they had broken up about three months earlier. The victim said that on April 11th, the woman went to his residence on Highway 42 and put her car in his garage. The victim asked Weber to leave, but she refused. Weber reportedly began searching around his residence looking for phone numbers and other items that interested her.
The victim said that at one point, Weber took his cell phone, searched through it, and then hid it. He told police that Weber had found the phone number for his new girlfriend in his phone and blocked it so that he could not receive messages from her anymore.
Eventually, the man went to bed. The victim told police that during the night, he was woken up by Weber banging on the door of his balcony. Weber had gotten a ladder from the garage and used it to climb up on the balcony. The man eventually opened the door to stop her from banging on the door. He said Weber began to hit him in the face with wet socks, and eventually she knocked him down onto the bed and pinned him down with his blankets.
Weber allegedly scratched his face and bit his hands while he was trying to push her off. Eventually, according to the criminal complaint, he was able to push her off, at which point she fell and hit his dresser.
The next morning, on April 12th, Weber had followed the victim to work in her vehicle. He said that when he went out for lunch, Weber was parked in the parking lot across the street watching him. Then on April 13th, the man was driving home when Weber followed him in her car. She tried to force him off the road multiple times and passed him recklessly according to the criminal complaint.
