SHEBOYGAN — This weekend’s storm dropped anywhere from three to nine inches of snow in Sheboygan County.
As of 6 AM, no school districts in Sheboygan County have delayed or cancelled classes due to the snow while many schools in Manitowoc, Fond du Lac and Calumet counties are closed or opening two hours late Monday.
According to the National Weather Service, over 5 inches of snow was recorded in Plymouth . Elsewhere, over 13 inches fell in Manitowoc County, about 2 inches in Ozaukee County and nearly a foot in Fond du Lac County. Green Bay saw over 23 inches from this weekend’s storm.
Green Bay Meteorologist Anthony Domol at WFRV Local 5 says there is another snow maker set to arrive Wednesday. The track of the winter system is favorable to bring a bit more snow, rain and sleet with a quiet weekend forecast with sunshine and milder temperatures.
High temperatures will only be in the 30s and 40s for most of this week. That’s anywhere from 5 to 20 degrees below the average this time of the year.
Summer officially begins 66 days from now on Thursday, June 21st.
