SHEBOYGAN — A man was arrested after his fifth offense driving while revoked after a 911 call came in about him driving erratically.
23-year-old Dylan J. Lutzke, of Kiel, was charged with misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle while revoked, his fifth offense, and misdemeanor bail jumping.
According to the criminal complaint, a deputy was dispatched to the area of Highway 42 near Howards Grove for a report of a white Buick which was driving erratically. The deputy located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. Lutzke told the deputy his vehicle has significant mechanical issues which made it difficult for him to keep the vehicle within the lane of traffic.
After speaking with Lutzke and assessing him, the deputy did not see any signs of impairment. When asked if he had a valid driver’s license, Lutzke told the deputy that he did not, stating that he was revoked.
No word on where Lutzke was off to when he was pulled over.
In 2012, Lutzke was charged with OWI causing injury. He entered a no contest plea in that case. In 2016, Lutzke was riding dirty when he charged with second offense OWI. He entered a no contest plea in that case as well.
