SHEBOYGAN — A Sheboygan-based band has released five new songs.
Cold Soda Club was formed in 2011 by Matt Theobald and Trevor Damkot, later adding Lucas Goebel to hop behind the drums. In the summer of 2015, the band claimed vocalist and front-man Tyler Maxon off the waivers. This quartet has been hitting the road in mom vans ever since, performing and entertaining crowds of every kind.
This month, the band released an EP titled Passing Greenbush. This originated when Maxon was asked how far away he was arriving to a show and his response was “Passing Greenbush.”
Cold Soda Club will perform at Emmer’s in Sheboygan on Saturday, April 28th. The band will also perform at Lions Fest on July 13th, Port Fish Day on July 21st and Brat Days on August 4th.
