CEDAR GROVE — A 22-year-old man from Cedar Grove is facing two felonies after being accused of forcing a 17-year-old girl to have sex in exchange for drugs.

Trevor Daniel Wegner-Gierach, who resides at N229 County Road LL in Cedar Grove, was charged Tuesday in Sheboygan County Court with felony repeated sexual assault of a child and sexual assault of a child under 16 years of age.

According to the criminal complaint, the victim told deputies that she and Wegner-Gierach had met in 2014 when she was age 14 and he would have been 18. Since that time, the victim has been having sexual contact with the man and he has exposed her to numerous drugs, including K2, methamphetamine and Adderall.

The victim indicated to investigators that at times she felt forced to have sex with Wegner-Gierach and went on to say he had gotten her hooked on meth and would make a statement to her to the effect of, “If you don’t have sex with me, you won’t get a hit off of this pipe.”

When questioned, the man confirmed the sexual relationship and the drug usage.

Wegner-Gierach told police he has been using drugs since he was 12-years-old. He told investigators his favorite drug was acid and when he was more addicted he would do anything that he could get his hands on, including Xanax, Adderall and meth. According to the criminal complaint, he also used ketamine, mushrooms and cocaine.

If found guilty, Wegner-Gierach is facing up to 40 years in prison and $100,000 in fines.
