SHEBOYGAN — Two men have been arrested on several counts of child pornography recently in Sheboygan.

22-year-old Dominic M. Mahn, of 1022 Huron Avenue, was charged last week with 10 felony counts of possessing child pornography. Authorities found multiple explicit images, which some appeared to involve girls as young as six-years-old, on his computers.

46-year-old McKinley E. Pye, 1904 South 8th Street, was charged on Monday, December 4th with five counts of possessing child pornography. The Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation was conducting an online investigation in August on the BitTorrent network for offenders sharing child pornography. Agents discovered an IP address in Sheboygan associated with a torrent file with references to 29 files.

Pye told officers that he was the lone resident of the home, with the exception of his two daughters who stayed at his residence on a part-time basis. Pye acknowledged that he had a strong and frequent attraction to pornographic material. He admitted to having sexual fantasies about attractive female juveniles in the age range of 12-14 years old according to the criminal complaint.
