SHEBOYGAN — The Kiwanis Clubs of Greater Sheboygan and Sheboygan will be hosting their annual pancake breakfast with Santa and Mrs. Clause to raise funds to provide iPads to children with autism in Sheboygan County on Saturday, December 9th.
The event will take place at Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar at 526 South Taylor Drive in Sheboygan, from 8 AM and 10 AM.
This joint effort between the two Kiwanis clubs and Applebee’s will support the Wisconsin Upper Michigan Kiwanis Autism Project, whose goal is to provide iPads and funding for children with autism of families in need – and will specifically benefit children with autism in Sheboygan County.
Volunteers from the two Kiwanis clubs will be there to greet, serve, and bus tables, thanks to the support of our local Applebee’s. Kids will get the chance to meet and have their photo taken with Santa and Mrs. Claus during the event.
“It’s the season for giving – and our breakfast makes it easy to give and also enjoy a great breakfast,” said Brian Passehl, president of the Sheboygan Falls Kiwanis Club. “It’s one of our most fun events.”
Tickets to the event are $7 and can be purchased in advance from members of the Kiwanis clubs, or can be purchased at the door on the day of the event. Breakfast includes a short stack of flap jacks, sausage, and coffee, soda, orange juice, or milk.
