SHEBOYGAN — Tracy Ann’s Events, Weddings, & Rentals will soon launch to help eliminate the stress brought on from planning the perfect occasion.
Te new business, which will open on Monday, August 14th, will be located at 633 North 8th Street, near Sonlight Books and the Mead Public Library.
“Having the resources to provide the perfect event experience is the foundation of Tracy Ann’s,” stated owner Tracy Glynn. “It is the culmination of a dream to tap into my experience working for Pine Hills Country Club and Elkhart Lake’s Road America to help create memorable events for our customers.”
Since there is no such store located in Sheboygan County at this time, Tracy Ann’s is helping address a retail gap. The family-owned small business expects to grow slowly, one customer at a time.
Financing for the business was provided by Bank First National of Sheboygan. Business plan development was facilitated through the Sheboygan County Economic Development Corporation (SCEDC) in collaboration with SCORE counselor Allan Rudnick and Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at UW-Green Bay.
“It is great to see another business up and running in Sheboygan’s downtown retail corridor,” noted SCEDC’s Business Development Manager Jim Schuessler. “The new housing coming on line on 8th Street and South Pier are helping contribute to the enthusiasm for additional retail development.”
