Burgin was honored Wednesday evening in front his peers, recognized for his quick thinking and his efforts that saved his Kissinger’s life. IBEW Local 494 Business Manager Dean Warsh presented Burgin with a challenge coin at the August Kettle Moraine Union meeting.

A challenge coin is presented to members for their outstanding contributions.
