SHEBOYGAN — A married couple have been charged with maintaining a drug trafficking place on Sheboygan’s south side.
28 year old Nikki J. Pocian and 27 year old Richard A. Pocian, both who resides at 1119 South 10th Street in Sheboygan, was charged Thursday with several drug related offenses including felony maintaining a drug trafficking place.
The home in question was the location of a shooting in November 2014 which was drug related according to the Sheboygan Police.
According to the criminal complaint, when police executed a search warrant of the residence, they found Nikki Pocian, her soon-to-be two year old son and Jennifer Tetley. An investigator reported that during the execution of the search warrant, officers recovered a notebook containing drug prices that was found on the kitchen table.
Police noted that the notebook was open to the page containing the drug prices. The prices were listed as follows: $40 for an 1/8, $75 for 1/4, $125 for 1/2, $225 for 1 zip, which is street terminology for an ounce, $900 for a QP, otherwise known as a quarter pound, $1,600 for an HP, which is a half-pound, and $2,800 for a P, which is known as a pound.
Officers emptied a garbage bag and found a black backpack inside. In one of the side pockets of the backpack, they located a small black digital scale that was also wrapped in a plastic baggie. Upon opening the backpack, they located a large plastic bag that appeared to contain a large quantity of green leafy material, which based upon their training and experience, appeared to be marijuana.
According to the criminal complaint, the marijuana was packaged in six separate vacuum-sealed bags that were now open inside of a larger vacuum-sealed bag that was also open. The bags appeared to contain high-grade marijuana, specifically Bag #1 weighed 4.65 grams and was labeled “OG Kush.” Bag #2 weighed 173.9 grams and was labeled “Super Silver Haze.” Bag #3 weighed 467.5 grams and was labeled “Mai Wai.” Bag #4 weighed 298.7 grams and was not labeled. Bag #5 weighed 234.1 grams and was labeled “Purple Diesel.” Bag #6 weighed 174.2 grams and was labeled “Candy Land.” The total weight of the marijuana was 1813.4 grams.
Samples from each of the bags tested positive for the presence of THC.
Prior to executing the search warrant, police were conducting surveillance on the residence. An officer observed short-term traffic at the residence and that both Richard and Nikki Pocian were at the residence when this was occurring.
